Yes, you read the title right. There are so many crazy factors in this situation, I don’t even know where to begin! A two-year-old boy in China recently gave “birth” after doctors diagnosed him as pregnant, discovering that he was carrying the undeveloped fetus of his own twin inside his stomach!

Xiao Feng’s stomach had become so distended that he was having trouble breathing, and that’s when his parents took him to the hospital and after x-rays and MRI scans, the shocking discovery was made and the toddler was rushed into surgery.

The parasitic twin would have developed into a boy and had grown so large that almost 2/3rds of his affected twin’s stomach was taken up. The fetus measured 20 cm in width and had a fully formed spine and limbs, including fingers and toes. Thankfully, Xiao survived the surgery. Bananas!
