Malala Yousafzai, a young pakistani activist and noble peace prize nominee, who survived a horrific attack on her by Taliban members, met with none other than President Obama himself during her public speaking events in DC, hit the jump to see what the two influential emblems spoke about!

As the noble peace prize candidate took to Washington DC to give her stance on political issues and triumph, the 16 year old also got the pleasure of meeting our Political head figure, President Obama. What did their conversation consist of? Well this young buck took to the head dog and let him know that the youth has just as much reasonable political opinion as office reps!

“I thanked President Obama for the United States’ work in supporting education in Pakistan and Afghanistan and for Syrian refugees. I also expressed my concerns that drone attacks are fueling terrorism. Innocent victims are killed in these acts, and they lead to resentment among the Pakistani people. If we refocus efforts on education it will make a big impact,” stated Malala.

Although she lost the Noble Peace Prize to the Organization head for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, she was honored Friday with the International Day Of The Girl and a proclamation signed by Obama stating:
“on every continent, there are girls who will go on to change the world in ways we can only imagine, if only we allow them the freedom to dream.”
