The Bengals lost the game against the Dolphins last night. Unfortunately they lost much more than that. Geno Atkins, who many consider the best defensive lineman in the NFL, tore his ACL last night during the loss. He will miss the rest of the season and because he is such an important part of that defense, the entire Bengals team could start playing different. He is not the type of player you just replace. He is a franchise player on defense, and teams must game plan for him when he is there. Look for other teams to start attacking the Bengals in a much stronger way. Hopefully he has a full recovery.
