Kim Kardashian left her apartment on her way to the Mario Testino Alta Moda exhibit at the Queen Sofia Spanish Institute in New York City. Funny how just years ago, she wouldn’t care about this exhibit! Nonetheless, Kim – who only gave birth to her daughter North West in June – has wasted not time in getting back into shape.
