Boxers have to share the same gym leading up to their fight and apparently a conflict of time led to this big explosion.  Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios’ fight is set for this Saturday, November 23rd.   Brandon Rios’ camp was scheduled from 9 am to 11 am but due to media interviews they ran over their time.  Freddie Roach entered the building demanding that they leave and that’s when all hell broke loose.

Following the altercation each side was interviewed and gave slightly different accounts.

According to Freddie Roach he came in at 11 and told them it was his time.  That’s when Rios’ trainer Robert Garcia allegedly told him “to go f*ck himself”.  Rios’ camp also made fun of Roach’s Parkinsons disease calling him a stuttering prick.  This is something they’ve also done in the past.  The argument started and Roach was kicked in the chest by Rios’ coach Alex Ariza who by the way is Pacquiao’s former strength and conditioning coach before he was fired.

According to Robert Garcia his team was running late due to media interviews.  He says things got out of hand when they could have discussed the situation.  Pacquiao wasn’t even in the building yet so Garcia felt Roach could have waited.  He says Roach told him to “get out of here you piece of sh*t”.  He also says Roach was using racial slurs.

According to Alex Ariza he kicked Roach in the chest because he approached him in a threatening manner, raising his fist.  Ariza says Roach called Garcia names and began fighting with everyone.
