It has been no secret in recent news that the state of Florida has a lot of racial profiling issues that needs fixing. Earl Sampson, an African-American man, has been arrested a total of 62 times for trying to get into his own job at the 207 Quickstop convenience store.

According to USA Today, Sampson has been questioned by local authorities “258 times in four years, searched more than 100 times and arrested 56 times.” Owner Alex Saleh claims that Sampson isn’t the only employee that has to deal with daily hassling from the Miami Gardens police department.


Saleh installed video cameras all throughout his store due to the constant harassment from the local police department. In the video below, you can see Sampson getting arrested for trespassing after he took the trash out during his shift:
