Our favorite hyphy West-Coast rapper E-40 recently celebrated the release of his 3-disc album, The Block Brochure Welcome to the Soil: Parts 4, 5 & 6, in California. At the “Dream at Tru” event that went down inside Tru Hollywood this past Monday, 40 partied it up along side celebs like The Game, Trae Tha Truth, Tami Roman, Suge Knight and more.
