Vanessa Hudgens was recently spotted out on the red carpet rocking an odd black tie crop top and we’re not quite sure how we feel about it. Although the former Disney star is looking as beautiful as ever, we might have to call the fashion police on her outfit choice. Her shirt looks kind of like a blazer cut in half.
