Back in the day, athletes like Deion Sanders, Bo Jackson and a couple others were looked at as Gods for being able to perform at a high level in 2 different pro sports. Both played football and baseball and were pretty good at each sport. Russell Wilson has been conquering NFL defenses all season while leading the Seahawks to the best record in the league. But last night he was drafted by the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball, and now people are wondering will he consider it. Wilson was a star baseball player in high school was a drafted by the Orioles in 2007. He actually spent time in the minor leagues while starting at quarterback in college. The odds are against him doing it, but it must be pretty cool for him. Deion Sanders seems to think he should go for it. Check the video and Deion’s tweet after the jump.
