Chris Brown

The judge residing on Chris Brown’s case from his incident with Rihanna in 2009 has officially revoked his probation today because of the assault charges filed in Washington D.C. from his alleged fight there a couple of months back.

Though there are a lot of questions and no real evidence surrounding the D.C. incident, the judge felt the criminal complaint in D.C. is enough proof that Chris didn’t obey all laws, which he’s obviously required to do on probation. Luckily, he was impressed with Chris’ progress during his current stay at anger management rehab, so he did not remand him into custody. Instead, he is putting the matter off until February, where they’ll meet in the courtroom again and Breezy’s fate will be decided.
