This is not only Dope, it proves the model of a ‘surprise album’ really Works!! The Lox have not been in the news, timelines, or conversation for sometime, but with the release of their EP “The Trinity” to iTunes, they are now!!
“Top 5 Dead or alive”, Nah they are Def alive…”The Trinity” is #3 OVERALL(only 2 down from Beyonce), and #1 in the Hip Hop section of iTunes!! I mean they may not break records like Queen Bey, but they are Mos Def proving that a known artist(s) can drop a project on iTunes, without physical CD’s, and sell units!! Finally the Digital Music age has officially begun!!
Yesterday it was at #7, and today #3, Let’s see where they are at tomorrow!!
