Chancelor “Chance the Rapper” Bennett is a highly enlightening soul. As his career continues to blossom, Chance has ideas that just may soar. The artist took to Arsenio Hall and suggests a “rapper’s union” – filled with health care, dental insurance and other benefits. Slamming down big companies who sign artists, and then allow those artists to sign other artists under sub-labels, is only one of the many reasons, Chance has turned down deals. “There’s certain benefits that don’t come with being an artist,” the Chicago supporter says. “A lot of people get done over [s**ted on] the wrong way, in music, when signing deals,” and I’m sure he’s one of the ones to change things, come 2014.
After dishing out ideas, the artist continued his first, “late night debut,” with a performance of, “Chain Smoker,” – with his cigarette in his ear.
