Slowly but surely, the Western conference is getting a new rivalry. It sounds crazy to use the word rivalry with the Clippers and Warriors given their terrible history in the NBA, but times have changed. These two teams are now part of a small group that can legitimately win the conference, and with success come enemies. The past couple games between these two have been very chippy and physical and last night was no difference. After a couple small scuffles broke out, including one when the game was over, Clippers star Blake Griffin said the Warriors are “Cowardly” for the way they played that led to him being ejected. “Instead of just playing straight up and playing a game it got into something more than that and it’s unfortunate because you want to play a team head-to-head,” Griffin said. “You don’t want to start playing other games and playing cowardly basketball.”

Coach Doc Rivers added :”Honestly, I thought we were just kicking their butts and they went to something else, to be honest,” Rivers said. “But that’s fine”.

I can’t wait till the next game between these two.
