In the words of Will Smith, “That’s what I call a close encounter.” At around 3:15 today, a small plane headed for LaGuardia Airport in Queens was apparently forced to make an emergency landing on the Major Deegan Expressway in the Bronx. Luckily, “It’s upright, it’s in one piece. Looks to be a solid landing,” according to a first responder. Hit the jump for more details!
Thankfully, the three passengers in the plane made out with little to no injuries, just a few bruises.
