Earlier today, Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest, and drag racing. Sources say the person Justin was racing was also arrested. TMZ claims that the driver was Khalil, a rapper on Def Jam Records. He was in a red Ferrari. See the photos of the rapper below.
