West coast natives Too $hort and artists OH BLimey are teaming up to deliver one diverse collaboration, fusing EDM and Rap!
Too $hort and Oh Blimey are teaming up to deliver an EDM-Hip Hop mash up, filled with 11 songs, 1 original and 10 remixes, rapped over EDM tracks, for a project they’re calling ‘Weird Science’.
Other collaborators include, Dirt Monkey and Omega, Psymbionic and Wolf-e-Wolf, Samples, AHAB, S.P.E.C.T.R.E, Timmy Tutone, Skulltrane, Smash & Grab, Trevor Kelly, and Mochipet.
The project is set to release March 25th through MalLabel Music. Cofounder Mal explains that:
“After years incorporating Hip Hop into our events and our label releases–plus with the rise of trap music–I knew having a rapper like Too $hort on board would work with our audience.”
