Back in June, Chris Brown attended Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, where he was accused of putting his paws on a female so forceful, it broke her leg.
Deanna Gines filed a lawsuit against the club and Chris, but now, the club wants to settle, which leaves you know who having to pay a bigger cash out. Check out the jump for more deets.
Witnesses saw Gines limping on one leg, but then guest appeared on TMZ Live where she had her OTHER leg in a cast. She was also caught on camera walking on BOTH legs and cursing out security.
Even with all this damaging evidence, the wannabe model still filed a lawsuit against CB and the nightclub. The nightclub is willing to settle for $15,000, but Chris is saying don’t do it!
Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, thinks the settlement is grossly unfair to his client, because it will leave Brown holding the bag. So Geragos has filed documents asking the judge to block the settlement.
I say take it to court! Expose!
