Looks like Miley is back flaunting her hardly-there cake on stage somewhere! Well in this case, the “Wrecking Ball” singer took her talents to a local karaoke bar where she performed Sir Mix-A-Lot’s classic 90’s hit “Baby Got Back.” Unfortunately for Miley, she doesn’t have much of anything back there but she’s still cute so it’s okay.
