Ricky Spicer is suing Condé Nast Entertainment for the sample of his voice used in the video promoting the Kimye cover on the Vogue website. His voice was used five times on Kanye’s song “Bound 2”. The lawsuit said “Mr. Spicer’s voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44% of the vocals.” Spicer said he recorded the lyrics to the song back in 1970 when he was 12 years old.
