Justin Bieber’s luck just keeps getting worse! The pop star-apparent rebel, is reportedly getting hit with a lawsuit after chasing down and locking photographer Manuel Munoz in a Subway bathroom.
Munoz is claiming that after JB caught in him taking flicks of the singer after leaving SET nightclub in Miami, he and his two body guards then ran after the photographer. He was then locked in a bathroom, where he says he was kicked, punched and hounded for his memory card. Munoz is reporting that the crew damaged his camera, and that after a body guard tripped him, he scraped his knee. But it doesn’t end there! Munoz and Bieber’s crew allegedly tried working on a negotiation for the pictures after the altercation! Munoz asked for $10,000 for all of the photos taken, but security drew the line at $5,000.
Munoz is suing Justin Bieber and one of his body guard’s Dwayne Patterson, for “unspecified damages”.
