Lindsay Lohan seems to have a big weight lifted off of her shoulder, as the actress has won $150,000 in her recent lawsuit settlement against a clothing company. But it doesn’t end there!
In addition to the actress getting thousands in the settlement, she will also no longer have to speak about her miscarriage publicly, including court. Lohan sued D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries last year after they failed to pay her thousands of dollars after licensing her 6126 trademark for international clothing sales, then they countered her lawsuit with their very own! Alleging that the actress’ tarnished, ‘druggie’ reputation, did not allow them to move the merchandise.
Lohan’s settlement overruled the companies suit, leaving Lohan to walk away with her lips sealed, and a ton of cash!
