Now it’s allllll coming together. Yes, the Zen Master had a plan (you didn’t doubt him did you?!) & it looks like with the hiring of Derek Fisher as head coach of the Knicks it’s starting to fall into place. As a Knicks fan, I would love for this to happen. Check it out….

… Fisher does offer something that Steve Kerr could not: Fisher is close friends with some guy named Kevin Durant. Yes, the same Kevin Durant that will be a free agent in the summer of 2016.
…Durant is also friends with current Knick forward Carmelo Anthony. Fisher will be charged with keeping Anthony happy enough to stick around in New York, hopefully helping in the recruitment of Durant.
This will be a difficult task to be sure, but Jackson now has the pieces in place to make a serious run at Durant in 2016.
