Susan Brennan, 28, took first place. Brennan won $10,000 with her “Romance on a Roll” dress. The second place winner won $5,000, and third place winner $2,500. Brennan’s dress took 20 rolls and one month to make. Her dress even had lace and floral details and a detachable skirt to show a dress underneath. They could only use toilet paper, glue, clear tape, and thread to make the dress.
