A 2013 Ferarri car accident on the Sunset strip, is coming back to haunt Justin Bieber as the pop star is being sued after striking a pedestrian.

Walter Damon Lee, has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber claiming property damage and personal injury; after he hit him with his Ferrari in June of last year.
The lawsuit statement read:
“negligently, carelessly, recklessly, wantonly and unlawfully” caused the Ferrari to run into and collide with Lee, “thereby causing injuries and damages,” according to the lawsuit, which claims that he suffered “laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and leg, deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle,” causing him to need medical services now and in the future.”
Walter Damon Lee is suing for over $25,000 due to the accident causing him to be incapable of working for a certain period.
