On Tuesday Serena Williams blamed her bizarre performance in her Wimbledon doubles match on a bug/viral illness. Many fans are concerned about her and some are wondering if she’s telling the truth — and that even includes tennis player Martina Navratilova. She doesn’t know what the truth is, but she doesn’t believe it’s a “bug.”

Serena Williams‘ mysterious exit from Wimbledon has sparked speculation that the 32-year-old Palm Beach Gardens tennis champ is pregnant!
While Williams claimed this week that a “bug” brought her to her knees and caused her to withdraw from the doubles competition with sister Venus, the German tabloid Bild today claims Williams’ pregnancy caused her to become woozy on the famous British tennis court.
And Bild ads the baby may have been conceived by Serena’s French coach and rumored boyfriend, Patrick Mouratoglou.
