Right now the Miami Heat organization is in shambles. They literally have no clue how their team will look next season and are basically waiting on Lebron’s decision before they make any moves. Chris Bosh & Dwyane Wade have also opted out although the odds of Wade leaving regardless of what Lebron does are very slim. Bosh however may have a trick up his sleeve. According to reports he has quietly been talking with another team that he would have no problem going to if Lebron leaves the Heat.

Thursday’s revelations that LeBron James’ agent, Rich Paul, has fielded pitches from multiple teams this week in Cleveland for James’ services appear to at least raise the possibility that the Heat’s star trio — which also features Miami lifer Dwyane Wade — might actually be breaking up. Bosh might see the writing on the wall and is prepared to join Dwight Howard & James Harden in Houston if things fall apart in Miami.

Most league observers continue to believe that Heat president Pat Riley ultimately will convince all three Heat stars to re-up by next week, even if Bosh and Wade are forced to take pay cuts.

But sources say the Rockets are determined to test Bosh’s resolve in the event Carmelo Anthony elects to return to the New York Knicks or chooses one of his other options. Houston needs a big forward with 3-point range such as Bosh in its search for the ideal frontcourt sidekick to All-Star center Dwight Howard.
