MTV has reported that the reality star has given birth to her baby girl weighing in at 7 lbs. 13 ounces., just this Sunday morning. JWoww and her fiancee Roger Mathews, welcome their first child, Meilani Alexandra Mathews and thankfully they’re doing well. Congratulations to the couple.
