Nadya “Octomo” Suleman’s three felony charges in the 2013 welfare fraud case has been bumped down to misdemeanors.
Suleman failed to report about $25,000 in sales made from her “sex tape/masturbation video,” according to TMZ.
After pleading no contest, being given 200hrs of community service, two years probation and paying back $9,805 to Medi-Cal and $16,481 to the L.A. County Dept. of Public Social Services, Octomom has dodged the prison-time bullet.
