FAM, It’s been 4 years since we’ve started IFWT, and So much has happened, the ups and downs, but one thing for sure, the never ending drive to be the Best! We ALL look up to you to not just to get that drive, but to learn how to have that drive with such Passion we know it’s the right thing in life. Not one person you interact with doesn’t see it, so much so that people not only pick up on it, they try and emulate it! Lol, I mean you are the only one I know that can ‘create a monster’, and I know sometimes Sabrina and I let you know when you’re doing it, but to be honest, with all the people we work with and around, that ‘creating a monster’ is really giving people the opportunity to grow and be great, enough knowledge and guidance to put them on the right path, yet the freedom to make their own decisions(which is where the monster part happens), and NOT one of us around you, or has ever worked with you would have been or will be or just is GREAT with out you doing just that!!! Long story Short, We APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH, and with that comes genuine Love!!!!!

Happy Birthday flex!! for years your voice has been coming out of my radio and I’ve always tuned into your show to here you go off on certain topics. Ive aways wondered what it would be like working with you & what it would be like to be apart of the hot97 family.
