Bryan Cranston, Walter White, aka “Heisenberg” wins the Primetime Emmy for his thrilling lead role in “Breaking Bad.”

This is Cranston’s with 5th win for Breaking Bad, and his 12th Emmy nomination. He’s won four times for his role as Walter White, 1 as a producer for Breaking Bad.

In toughest category of the night, Cranston beat Oscar award winners Matthew McConaughey for “True Detective,” and Kevin Spacey for “House of Cards.” As well as, Jeff Daniels for “The Newsroom,” Jon Hamm for “Mad Men,” and Woody Harrelson for “True Detective.”
