Lawsuits in the entertainment industry are no joke and when you’re as wealthy as Jay Z, Kanye West, and Frank Ocean, they’re nonstop. A man by the name of Joel McDonald has filed suit against the three entertainers in a New York City court. What else could this suit be for you? What other than copyright infringement.

The suit claims that the trio’s release of, “Made in America” from the Watch the Throne album turned into copyright infringement – of course claiming that it was his music. McDonald said that the work was plagerized from a 2009 piece that he released on iTunes.

How much does the man want. About $3MiL. I would have to hear the track first.
