SHAME! Shooting range instructor, Charles Vacca, 39 was shoot and killed by a 9-year-old tourist at the Arizona Last Stop – while her parents recorded the incident.

While her parents watched as it played out, the 9-year-old was being shown by Vacca how to shoot and automatic Uzi. When she let off a round, she’d lost control of the weapon only to aim for the instructor’s head. Vacca, was flown to University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

“It’s like losing a brother,” said the gun range operator, Sam Scarmardo. “These aren’t employees or associates of ours, these are family. We’re all family.”

A traumatizing experience for all parties involved.
