We were not sure of the exact charges but now we know that prosecutors have charged him with 1 count of criminal threats, 2 counts trespassing, 1 count of battery, and 3 counts of disobeying a court order. That’s a total of 7 misdemeanor counts on the alleged attack..Damn hommie! It looks like Joe may serving some time behind bars, sometime soon.
