Via Complex Sports:

The Denver Broncos are going to be starting the 2014-15 NFL season without one of their top receivers, Wes Welker. The long-time slot man, who has also been dealing with concussion issues this offseason, was suspended for four games today by the NFL after he was found to have been using amphetamines. As a result, Welker will be missing from the offense during key match-ups against the Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks, and Arizona Cardinals. His absence certainly won’t make the team’s season-opening slate any easier.
