Last month, various media outlets reported the severe injuries porn star Christy Mack suffered at the hands of the MMA fighter. After going on the run for weeks, he was finally apprehended and now he is facing a variety of charges. Hit the jump for details.

Jonathan Koppenhaver (AKA War Machine), the MMA fighter accused of brutally assaulting his ex-girlfriend Christy Mack, made his initial appearance in a Las Vegas court on Wednesday. The former Bellator fighter pleaded “not guilty” to 32 felony counts, which mostly relate to an incident on August 8 that left Mack and another victim hospitalized, though some charges date as far back as 2013.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, War Machine faces charges of attempted murder, sexual assault, battery, coercion, preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from reporting a crime, and first-degree kidnapping resulting in substantial bodily harm. If convicted, Koppenhaver faces life behind bars without the possibility of parole. His next court appearance is scheduled for October 17th.
