When news came in for August Alsina collapsing last night in NYC during his performance at Irving Plaza, fans were worried about the artist’s well being. No official announcements have been made about his condition or what made him collapse during his performance until Teyana Taylor showed love for the artist this afternoon.

Teyana Taylor took to her Instagram this afternoon to show her love for friend, August Alsina.

Taylor posted a picture of the two and wrote,

Yesterday was a long painful night…smh Headed back to the hospital to check my lil homie @augustalsina He’s resting up. That’s all he needs, it’s been a long tour & incredible tour for us!! He appreciates everybody’s love, support and prayers. Thank You Guys! ❤️

Still no news as to what really happened, but at least we know he is recovering and doing better! PHEW!
