Word on the street is that Australian emcee Iggy Azalea has a sex tape floating around with her ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine. However, Iggy is fighting tooth and nail with her lawyers to make sure the porn company Vivid does not release the footage (and ESPECIALLY not with the name “Iggy” in it.) However, the story just got a little bit more complex.
Hefe is claiming that back in 2009, Iggy signed a lengthy agreement stating that he has full rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.” Translation: She gave him full permission to sell their video of sexcapades to any major porn company he wants and it’s basically too late for her to do anything about it. Yikes. The contract was signed for musical purposes, but unfortunately the sex tape can fall under the same category. Wine is even talking about creating a website exclusively to sell the sex tape. Would you buy it?
