49ers QB Colin Kaepernick has been fined $11k by the NFL after he received an unsportsmanlike penalty for inappropriate language in Sunday’s game vs the Bears.  He will appeal the fine because he says he didn’t say anything wrong.  Every fan is wondering what he allegedly said.  There was a lot of talk on Twitter that he used the N-word, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.  A video has emerged — but unless you can read lips we may never know what he really said.  Many fans think he says, “Back the fuck up” in the video.
I think if he’s getting fined, the refs should have to reveal his exact words.  Check out what the official who threw the flag had to say, along with Kaepernick’s comments & the actual video — and let us know what you think…

Kaepernick plans to appeal the fine though because he claims he didn’t say whatever the NFL thinks he said. “I didn’t say anything,” Kaepernick said. “Lamarr Houston said I didn’t say anything. We’re going to leave it at that.”

…The official who threw the flag, side judge Laird Hayes, wouldn’t specifically say what he heard come out of Kaepernick’s mouth, but he did have one comment on the subject when asked about it by CSNBayArea.com.

“[Kaepernick] knows what he said,” Hayes said. “It was the right call.”

…The league promised to have ‘zero tolerance for obscene and abusive language’ in 2014.
