Any who – yesterday, TMZ posted a video of Chris Brown giving the mean swerve to a female fan who tried to pucker-up and give him a kiss on the lips. TMZ headlined the post, Chris Brown — SHOVES Woman … Blocks Her Attempted Kiss and Breezy now has some choice words for Harvey Levin, owner of the fab gossip site.

TMZ has since spoke to the fan that tried grabbing Brown by the face. Mandee – no last name provided – admits that she was wasted (five drinks and some shots kind of wasted) and couldn’t help but to try and steal a kiss. She doesn’t blame Chris for giving her the cold shoulder.
