U.S. Troops are preparing to visit Liberia to help battle the Ebola virus. The soldiers will also build temporary medical centers to treat Ebola patients. Check out photos of the troops wearing protective gear and read more on the story after the jump!
As many as 3,900 troops will be trained to fight the Ebola virus in Liberia. Trainer John McGuffin stated, “We’re going to check each other…If we have a tear in the suit, we’re going to first remain calm. We’re going to remove ourselves from a potentially infectious area, and then first remain calm.”
