Adidas has reached a deal with the NFL that will allow players to visibly wear Adidas shoes and gloves on the football field. Adidas products haven’t been seen on an NFL field since Adidas subsidiary Reebok’s deal to provide uniforms expired in 2012.

“Adidas athletes including Jimmy Graham of the New Orleans Saints, DeMarco Murray of the Dallas Cowboys, Von Miller of the Denver Broncos, Robert Griffin III of the Washington Redskins, Frank Gore of the San Francisco 49ers and Sammy Watkins of the Buffalo Bills will wear the latest Adidas gear this season and moving forward in the NFL,” the company said in a statement.

Before the deal, those players could wear Adidas products, but the company’s three stripes logo could not be visible. The arrangement applies to cleats and gloves.
