IFWT_LeBron x Wade

Who would’ve thought that the LeBron James’ new super team, the Cleveland Cavaliers would be struggling while the Miami Heat are flourishing without him.  Well it’s not that far fetched.  LeBron, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love along with the rest of the squad will take time to gel while the Heat have been playing together for years, and people forget how much of a beast Chris Bosh was as the No. 1 option on the Toronto Raptors.  Dwyane Wade knows about the struggles LeBron and the Cavs are going through because they went through the same thing in 2010 when they first came together, and that’s why Wade says he knows James’ Cavs aren’t going to struggle for long.

“He has all the tools he needs,” Wade said. “We’ve been through it together where we ran into struggles as a team. You’re going to do that in the season whether it’s in the beginning of the season, or sometimes in the middle or sometimes at the end. He’s a four-time MVP. He’s a two-time champion. I’m sure he’ll figure it out as a leader.”

There’s way too much scrutiny and panic so early in the season.  It’ll take time for everyone to adjust to their new roles, especially Kyrie Irving who’s used to dominating the ball.  He and Kevin Love are no longer the No. 1 options as they were before on their teams.  They also have a coach, David Blatt who has never coached in the NBA before.  There’s no certainty that they will get it together but we have to at least give them time and see.
