There is a scratch version of “Lose Yourself” that Eminem doesn’t even remember recording.
Eminem gives us a teaser for the full story behind the recording of “Lose Yourself.” In the first video titled “Beat by Beat,” Em recalls the first time he heard the a guitar beat that became the intro to the Oscar winning song.
Funny thing is, he doesn’t even remember recording the demo version of “Lose Yourself.” In the teaser clip, Em explains that he doesn’t remember recording it, the first verse or where he was when he recorded it.
