There’s one thing that’s absolutely amazing about Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union’s relationship, how much fun they have together. On Sunday night Wade made his return to the court in the Miami Heat’s game against the New York Knicks. Wade was suffering from a hamstring injury but showed no signs of slowing down and was pretty good as he dropped 27 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists as the Heat beat the Knicks 86-79. Now the Heat are known for videobombing each other during their postgame interviews but on Sunday night, Gabrielle Union videobombs Dwyane Wade herself.
While Wade spoke to Fox Sports after the game, his wife, actress Gabrielle Union showed off her comedic skills and stopped by to chime in with her thoughts.
“Wow, I mean to come back with 27 points… we’ll talk about those free throws later. …You did good for an old geezer,” Union said while slapping Wade on the backside.
Wade, 32, was 5-for-9 from the free throw line.
We’ll see if Wade works on his free throws for his next game or he’ll hear from his wife again. Who knows, maybe she’s harder on him then Heat coach Erik Spoelstra.
