Justin Bieber had blonde hair before but this time he went for something way lighter and it has that “just rolled out of bed” feel. He was spotted leaving a West Hollywood hair salon on December 3rd. I guess after a few days of getting adjusted to the new look, he finally decided to show it off to his fans on Instagram. The Biebs gave credit to his stylist by captioning the pic “Justin via Fahlo”.
