Police had stationed themselves outside of a Souderton, Pennsylvania neighborhood [before moving to Pennsburg], where a suspect is believed to have barricaded himself inside one of the homes after killing more than six people.

As if the Sydney siege wasn’t enough of violence for the day. Officers have identified the gunman as, Bradley William Stone, 35. Stone is suspected of shooting up three different homes. The first shooting happened around 3:55 a.m. on Monday, and is said to be related to the shooter.

One neighbor, Evon Weron, said the suspect is a former member of the military and that the first victim was his ex-wife. Weron told the Lansdale Reporter the couple had been fighting over custody.

The second shooting was said to have taken place around 4:25 a.m. in Lansdale and the third, which happened in Souderton, the time is unclear at the moment.

The SWAT team it outside of the home with rifles and bullhorns. “Bradley, this is the police department!” an officer announced. “Come to the front door with your hands up. You’re under arrest.”

Between shooting locations, there are six killings.
