Though Halle has been locked in a bitter custody battle with ex-beau Gabriel Aubry, who fathered their six year old daughter Nahla, Halle was all smiles in Paris with her hubby as they strolled around Paris sightseeing with their baby boy little Maceo Oliver Martinez. Little Nahla was nowhere in sight, so I assume she will be spending the holidays in the states with former model pops Gabriel.
