Even thugs cry, right? Drake seems to do it more often than others – on every other rap record he releases per say – or that’s what many have come to believe. Due to the OVO rapper’s over emotional song lyrics and Keith Sweat like behavior on some tracks, pin-pointing the artist as the crying type is not far fetched. “I’m scared that every girl I care for will find a better man and end up happier in the long run,” Drake spits on the remix to Trey Songz’ Missing You or “Cry if you need to, but I can’t stay to watch you, that’s the wrong thing to do,” he raps on the 2011 hit, Doing It Wrong, are only two of many examples to what fans have believed is his personality.

His thoughts on old relationships is a part of the reason we’ve come to love him, but why do fans claim the rapper as the ‘tearful one’? Drake’s mom Sandi Graham answers the question.

Check it out down bottom.
