IFWT JJ WATT

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt is strong, indestructible and the best defender in the game.  Apparently all those attributes even apply to his collectible poster.  A family in Katy, Texas, a suburb of Houston, saw a fire ravage their home. The house was seriously damaged by the blaze and a lot of their possession and the interior was damaged.  Though in the home after the blaze was put out stood a framed JJ Watt poster, and it appeared to be relatively untouched.

“I even looked at the back of it and nothing,” said Candi Sanderfer, the owner of the home.

“He’s unstoppable, indestructible for sure,” Sanderfer added.

It is pretty miraculous and incredible that the poster made it through unscathed and the news report covering it suggested that Watt and the family’s departed son were acting as guardian angels. The news casters in studio suggested a more reasonable alternative, that the fire was afraid of Watt.

Hard to imagine that not to be true, Watt is a scary defender in the NFL recording his second season with over 20 sacks, a feat that no other player in NFL history has every achieved.

Unfortunately the Texans aren’t in the playoffs despite a solid 2014 season, but knowing JJ Watt and the incredible person he is, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him do something for this family after learning of this story.
