Christopher Douglas Roney, the Philly Rapper Cool C Granted 2nd Stay of Execution was attempting to rob a PNC Bank with fellow rappers Ernest Canty and Warren McGlone when arrived the 43 year old Officer Vaird, single mother of two.

“As she entered the bank, Roney opened fire, striking her in the abdomen. All three men ran from the scene, according to officials. Roney continued shooting as he ran to a getaway car, police said.”
